Kaby Engineers based in Leicester, LE4, have over 60 years of experience, manufacturing pins for commercial machinery working with international OEM’s and is now looking to enhance and diversify its business models outside of construction and mining commerce.
Key role function:
The role requires an experienced self-motivated, organised sales lead generator, you will have proven experience of networking, finding, and developing new business contacts, influencing customers, and turning leads into positive sales opportunities, for the commercial team to develop.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the current CRM with high-quality valid data
- Research new business clients using various resources, build relationships and qualify suitability of new business
- Convert new customer leads for the commercial team to visit and develop
- Target OEM’s and supporting businesses requiring repeat/scheduled orders with growing annual volumes
- Ensure compliance at all times with GPDR
- Meet KPI Targets related to qualified leads
Experience
- Sales or Purchasing background, with the ability to identify and qualify new business suitability
- Knowledge of engineering (CNC metal cutting) and Tier 1 and 2 supply advantageous
- Pipeline Management
- Develop professional customer rapport
- Excellent communication skills and IT skills in excel, word
Hours of work 37.50 open to candidates seeking full or part time hours.
Full time annual salary £27,300 plus lead performance targets capped at 60k– salary pro rata for part time hours.
25 days annual leave + bank holidays, rest area, on-site parking.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate they are well organised, thrive working under pressure, attaining agreed KPI’s, and have an eye for detail.
