Each and every customer, from single components to multi-million pound accounts, will have a member of our team responsible for processing their order from the initial enquiry right through to dispatch.
We have considerable experience in handling high value, multiple-component accounts for blue-chip companies and have evolved a reputation for being responsive and supportive to the needs of our customers.
One good example of how we have developed a major project with one of our major customers is our Kaby Production System (KPS). This began as a joint project with a customer to develop their ‘lean’ manufacturing programme, resulting in our development of two specialist Lean Manufacturing sites, creating substantial benefits for all partners.
